Come to us and see over 100 different species of locally-collected marine life in over 80 different exhibits. Your class will learn gallons of information in our different learning stations, covering topics such as adaptations, habitats, feeding behaviors, and tropical strays. They will also get their hands wet in our petting stations featuring tidepool animals, eels, horseshoe crabs, sea stars and sharks!
All school visits to us are private and are held in the morning before we open to the public.
Maximum limit of 65 students per field trip.
Your group is welcome to eat lunch or have a snack in our indoor picnic area after your field trip. We do not sell food or drinks on the premises.
Our gift shop carries a small variety of inexpensive items which are relevant to our center and the animals we have on exhibit.

Walk-In Field Trip
Walk-in field trips are an inexpensive alternative to our private school trips (there is no minimum charge). These trips are held during our public hours (12-5pm) and are designed for small school groups (less than 50 people). Self-guided, we still provide scavenger hunt clipboards to help your students explore the center.
$8 per person (students, teachers and chaperones). Please call or email to schedule. (Note: you must have at least 12 people in your group to qualify for this admission discount.)
