Take your family to see the largest collection of New England marine life in the world! From native species, to tropical strays, everything we have can be found right in our own waters.
We hold various demonstrations throughout the day on Saturdays, Sundays, RI school vacation days. Beginning July 1st, demonstrations are held every day. Our friendly staff members are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Please plan at least 1½ hours to see all the exhibits.
We are open daily from noon to 5pm.
Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Demonstrations are held on Saturdays and Sundays during the school year and on RI Public School vacation days.

Ruby’s Play Center
Ruby's Play Center is a fun, educational area designed for children up to age 6 and their caregiver. Activities include plush animals, activity center, a ball run, play ships, and storybooks.
The play area is also home to some of our rescue animals, including tree crabs, geckos, frogs, Drogo the bearded dragon, and Yoshi the ferret.
This area is open during our public walk-in hours, but closed during field trips and birthday parties.
